Nourish yourself with deep rest. This monthly hybrid class includes gentle yoga, breath work, mantra and sound meditation.
In the first part of the session you’ll be active, preparing your own body by breathing, chanting and moving.
Then you’ll lie down to receive the sound bath goodness from gongs, singing bowls, chimes and more.
