I was in my 50s in a corporate job, going through the motions as was expected. Then, a travel experience shook my foundations. It woke me, showed me that life needed changing.
My regular yoga practice helped me to focus. On the mat I found peace and a new direction. A friend gave me a nudge; ‘You’d be a good yoga teacher, Wendy.’ The seed was planted.
I closed the door on a 20 year banking career; quit and walked out the door the same day. Off to Edinburgh for Yoga Teacher Training with Dhughal Meacham Yoga. Not a single regret.

Amy started her yoga journey as a kid and has been teaching since 2009. She’s studied with some of the world’s best teachers. These days she offers retreats and Hatha classes with an emphasis on alignment and anatomy, plus mythology and Yogic philosophy.

Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese moving meditation practice, developed over 5000 years ago. During the practice we clear stress, stagnation and tension from the body, regulate our nervous systems and fill up with peace and vitality.
Hi, my name is Johannah and I have been practicing acupuncture for 22 years and 2 years ago became a certified Holden Qi Gong teacher. I have been learning Qi Gong from Lee Holden for 7 years and recently decided to undertake Teacher Training to deepen my own practice. Nat is a trained sound healing practitioner offering individual sound healing sessions and group sound bath meditations.
Sound and vibration are at the core of the yogic and other ancient traditions. Modern science is starting to articulate how singing bowls, drums and gongs work to nourish and regulate our nervous systems.
Sound meditation, including mantra, is a relaxing antidote to stress. It can improve mental health, relieve tension and clear out old patterns.

Bec Taylor’s Kundalini classes contain ancient practices that bring people home to their own inner sense of joy, love and presence.
